“Was traveling from Montana with our 5th wheel when the pinbox cushion came out, I was able to partly disassemble in MO and get it back in place but by time we got to our TN location it had came back out so called Ben to weld a couple plates on the pinbox to make it solid around 1:015 PM on a Saturday and he was at the trailer by 3:00 PM and had it done quickly, had everything he needed with him and was very personable.
