A split in a car hauler frame is not something you ignore and drive on. When the frame is cracked, the whole trailer flexes during loading and unloading - and that movement puts stress on everything around it. Left alone, a small split turns into a much bigger problem real fast.
Here's what we were working with on this one. The frame had split at a critical joint right near the hydraulic cylinder. Every time a car was driven on or off, the trailer was shifting in a way it absolutely should not have been. We welded the split solid and made sure that joint was locked back down the way it was built to be.
The second issue was the entry step on the semi. It was broken and unsafe to use - the kind of thing that gets overlooked until someone gets hurt. We got that fixed up too. The finished step sits clean and solid, welded tight and ready for daily use on a working rig.
These are the kinds of repairs that matter. Not just for keeping equipment running, but for keeping people safe. A car hauler with a cracked frame or a driver stepping onto a busted step - both of those are accidents waiting to happen. Our mobile welding and trailer repair work is built around stopping those problems before they become incidents.
We came to the truck. That's the whole point of mobile welding and repair - no hauling the equipment somewhere, no waiting in a shop queue. We show up, we fix it, and it goes back to work. If your trailer or rig has something that needs attention, that's exactly what we do.
