The piece is a heavy steel panel cut on diamond plate, with a detailed skull design cut straight through the metal using CNC plasma cutting. That process lets us get into the fine details - the honeycomb eye sockets, the ornate skull face, the clean lettering up top - with a level of precision you just can't get by hand. The red painted lettering against the raw steel finish gives it that gritty, no-nonsense look the bar was going for.
