This truck came to us with two goals - get a flatbed put on and fix up a rusted body panel that had seen better days. Both jobs needed to be done right, not just patched over. That's exactly what we did.
The flatbed itself is a clean aluminum setup with a full headache rack, diamond plate tool boxes on the sides, and a gooseneck ball already in place. It's the kind of bed that actually earns its keep. Whether you're hauling equipment, livestock, or just need the open space for a work setup, this configuration handles it. No wasted room, no flimsy build - just a solid platform that fits the truck and the job.
The body panel repair is one of those things that's easy to ignore until it gets worse. Rust doesn't stop on its own. We cut out the damaged section and welded in a new patch panel at the lower rocker area, keeping the repair tight and clean. It's not just cosmetic - stopping rust from spreading protects the structural integrity of the cab long-term.
What makes this kind of work practical is that we can bring it to you. Our mobile welding setup means we're not waiting on a shop schedule and you're not hauling your truck across the county. We come out, assess what's needed, and get it done on-site. Flatbed installs, rust repair, structural welding - it all falls under what we do every day.
This truck left looking better and built to actually work hard. That's the standard we hold every job to, whether it's a quick repair or a full fabrication build.
