When a trailer gets shut down on the road, every hour it sits costs money. This was an oversize load perimeter trailer - the kind of rig that can't just limp to the nearest shop. It was stuck in Monteagle, and it wasn't going anywhere until the repair was done right.
We showed up, got the work area secured with traffic cones, and got after it. The issue was a structural component on the trailer that had to be welded to get the unit back into legal, roadworthy condition. No shortcuts. No 'good enough for now.' It had to be done correctly or it wasn't getting done at all.
We wrapped up around 2AM. That's just how it goes sometimes. Mobile welding and trailer repair doesn't follow a 9-to-5 schedule, and neither do we. When a customer is stranded with a load they can't move, waiting until morning isn't an option.
This is exactly what Southern Arc Mobile Welding is built for - showing up after dark, in the middle of nowhere, with the tools and skills to fix what's broken and get drivers back on the road legally. Perimeter trailers, flatbeds, standard box trailers - if it needs welding or structural repair on the side of the road, we handle it.
Breakdowns don't wait for a convenient time. Neither do we.
